NEW ARTIST "HOW-TO" INSTRUCTIONS   Start Your Account Add Songs Delete a Song Convert Songs to LoFi Add Messages Sell Your CD or Other Products Add Events to Your Calendar Update Your Profile Upgrade Your Account     How to Start Your Account - Signup for a new artist account click here - Validate your email address after you sign up for a new artist account - Go to the Artists Area and login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "ARTISTS" - Click the "MODIFY ARTIST" button - Enter the members of your group, location, genre, etc. - Click "BROWSE" button to search your hard drive for an artist image you want to upload (250w x 200h for best results) - Click "MODIFY ARTIST" back to top How to Add Songs - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "SONGS" - Click the "ADD A SONG" button - Enter the song name, album, genre, etc. - Click "BROWSE" button to search your hard drive for the song you want to upload - Click "ADD NEW SONG" - Refresh your browser to view changes Depending on your connections it can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes back to top How to Delete a Song - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "SONGS" - Click the "DELETE SONG" button - Highlight the song you want to delete. - Click the "REMOVE SONG" button - Refresh your browser to view changes back to top How to Convert Songs to LoFi (for dial-up listeners) - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "EXTRA" - Click "LOFI CREATOR" - Select the song you would like to create a "LoFi" version of and click "CREATE LOFI" - The LoFi version of your song will be automatically generated in 10-20 seconds back to top How to Add Messages - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "MESSAGES" - Click the "ADD A MESSAGE" button - Enter the title and description - Click "ADD MESSAGE" - Refresh your browser to view changes back to top How to Sell Your CD or Other Products - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "STORE" - Click the "CREATE ITEM" button - Enter the item name, description, cost, paypal email address where you would like the buyer to send payment to (currently all payments are made through paypal you can sign up for a free account at paypal.com) - Click "BROWSE" button to search your hard drive for item image you want to upload (100w x 80h for best results) - Click the "CREATE ITEM" button - Refresh your browser to view changes back to top How to Add Events to Your Calendar - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "CALENDAR" - Click the "CREATE EVENT" button - Enter the event title, location, description, etc. - Click "CREATE EVENT" - Refresh your browser to view changes back to top How to Update Your Profile - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "OPTIONS" - Click the "YOUR PROFILE" button - Enter your real name, email address, website, etc. - Click "UPDATE SETTINGS"   back to top How to Upgrade You Artist Account - Login to your artist account click here - On the left is your artist control panel - you will see a button that says "ARTISTS" - Click the "UPGRADE ACCOUNT" button - Select the plan you would like by clicking the corresponding button - This will take you to PayPal (the service we use for our transactions) - Fill out the form and submit your payment - Your upgraded account features will be active once your payment has cleared   back to top
